If we want upload an existing email (outlook 2010) .ost to the office365 we need to export .pst. but how? please see the link how to do this..
1. Start
Outlook 2010.
2. Click
the File tab in the Ribbon, click
the Open and then click Import.
3. Select
Export to a
file and then click Next.
4. Select
Outlook
Data File (.pst).
5. Select
the top most folder ex.your email@example.co.id, check the Include
Subfolders and the click on next.
6. Click
on the browse button
7. Decice where you will export the .pst file and
then click on OK.
Note.
Recommended you can export the .pst file on the other drive not C Drive such as D/E drive with name BackupMail.

8. Click
on Finish.
9. A password box will pop up, leave all
the fields blank and just click on OK.
